How does Easy-claim work?
- Simply present us with your Southern Cross membership card or policy number.
- No forms to fill out! We can log into the Southern Cross system and your claim will be processed immediately.
- Within seconds, we can advise you the outcome of your claim. You would then just pay us any remaining balance over your cover limits.
- Using this service helps you to make the most of your Southern Cross membership by making sure you claim all of your benefits.
Easy-claim is a Southern Cross system which allows members to claim electronically for eligible services and treatments at registered practices.
